RETURNS

We endeavor to provide you with satisfying products and service. In case you are not satisfied with the shoes purchased from us or you just do not want to keep them, you can return the items within 14 days after receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment only. Please understand the original shipping fee is not refundable and a 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only acceptable when the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, not for every order or for wrong size. All items can only be exchanged for replacements at the equal price, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will ship out the replacements only after your returns have been received.

RETURN GUIDELINE

Before returning, please do contact us at service@mbt2sale.com for the return address as well as a return authorization without which returns or exchanges are unacceptable.

All items sent back to us for refund or exchange must be in their original conditions, i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your interests, we suggest you send back the items via a traceable method. Please attach a note with the following information: your order number; product code/product name; details of the reason for your return; a refund or replacement as the solution.

Please allow up to 15 working days (from the date we receive your return) for us to process your return or exchange.
